I think your husband is ugly<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t say it in a mean way<\/p>\n

I say it as an observer<\/p>\n

And as someone who doesn\u2019t like you<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not his fault<\/p>\n

The bad skin<\/p>\n

Or thin hair<\/p>\n

But I assume he did have a voice when it came to the choosing of you<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I know you played him<\/p>\n

Poor guy<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I\u2019d like to warn him<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It must bother you<\/p>\n

That I can see plainly<\/p>\n

that all the straw you weave<\/p>\n

is still just straw<\/p>\n

No matter how much of it you try to pass off as gold<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I always point it out<\/p>\n

To friends and strangers<\/p>\n

How sad you are<\/p>\n

With your made up face<\/p>\n

And plastic smile<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Beautiful<\/p>\n

like a heartless doll<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I try to remember that while I was actually wounded in the war<\/p>\n

You just like to play at being killed<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

So what a disappointment<\/p>\n

That when I finally met you<\/p>\n

I saw your hat was made of felt, not silk<\/p>\n

And you looked like anyone else<\/p>\n

but still, you play the part beautifully<\/p>\n
